Tamás Bükki is a passionate yoga teacher. This is how his story started:
“I remember I was a student, I loved what I was doing, I chose to learn physics. And as I was rushing into the University of Technology, suddenly I felt I kind of hated it as well… On that day, it was an incredible contrast when I got to the Uni and I was confronted by a cheerful, grizzled old woman in her 80s, smiling at me. How does she do it? I asked her. – I do yoga – that was her answer. Well, it worked. That’s how I started yoga 20 years ago.”
The goal of yoga is to achieve happiness and health. By doing yoga:

- you will be able to deal with your worries, fears and anxieties that arise
